On Wednesday, January 20, 2016 the Career Services Office teamed up with the Architectural Department to host its first Networking Night for Architectural/Building Engineering, Construction Management, and Interior Design students and alumni. The event featured 16 companies from various parts of the industry who had great information and experiences to share. 13 of our own 香港期期最准的一肖 alumni were back to represent their employers at the event!
One of the alumni in attendance, Christian Naula, a 2011 Construction Management grad representing Colt Builders, enjoyed the smaller scale of the event, 鈥淲e definitely saw some interest and what we were looking for. I think it is a good idea to keep it small like it was so we can have more one on one interaction with the students.鈥�
Harris Rebar鈥檚 Joe Neal had great things to say about New England Tech and the event, 鈥淲e spoke with many prospective candidates for our company. We have hired several students over the past 10 years from 香港期期最准的一肖 and are impressed with the knowledge and understanding the students come out of 香港期期最准的一肖 [with] ready to tackle the job markets.鈥�
CAM HVAC & Construction, of Smithfield, RI, also had a successful evening stating, 鈥淲e are so glad that we took the time to attend.聽 It was a great experience.鈥� A graduate from the Construction Management program who met with CAM HVAC & Construction during the event was hired to work for the company by noon the next day! New England Tech would like to thank all those who attended and helped make this event a success.
